Discovery and Foundation
In our first session, we’ll take the time to truly connect and understand what brought you here. We’ll chat about your personal journey and the specific outcomes you’re hoping to achieve. This conversation helps me create a personalized approach that’s just right for you. You’ll also get an introduction to hypnotic programming, and depending on your goals, we might sprinkle in some NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to start tackling your concerns.

Deepening the Healing
In our second session, we’ll dive deeper into your subconscious to explore the core emotions and beliefs behind what’s been holding you back. Here, we’ll use some advanced techniques like Parts Therapy or Regression to Childhood Therapy for deeper healing. This session is all about uncovering and resolving those layers, helping you move forward with clarity and ease.
Not all clients require two sessions and not all clients are healed after two sessions. Your journey is uniquely yours, and I’m here to adapt my approach to fit your specific needs and desired outcomes. Your progress is my priority, and together we’ll find the best path for you to flourish.
